BRUIN CLL-313 is comparing pirtobrutinib to bendamustine plus rituximab in treatment-naive patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL); BRUIN CLL-314 is comparing pirtobrutinib to ibrutinib in the same patient population (Abstract 7044).
