Join fellow physician investigators for the ASCO Research Community Forum 2016 Annual Meeting, to be held September 25–26 at ASCO Headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia.

This will be the Research Community Forum’s 5th Annual Meeting, held each year to bring researchers and research staff from across the United States together to connect, collaborate, and develop solutions to the most pressing issues facing cancer research sites today. Highlights for this year’s meeting include a keynote address by ASCO Immediate Past President Julie M. Vose, MD, MBA, FASCO, as well as panel discussions led by physician investigators and research staff from research programs across the U.S. on key topics impacting cancer research, including:

  • Novel trial designs in community-based research
  • Improving clinical trial access, accrual, awareness, and engagement
  • The role of research in value-based care
  • Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate, sharing ideas and best practices through breakout sessions on topics related to administrative and regulatory burden, including insurance coverage analyses and utility and uptake of tools and resources currently available to research sites.
