Samer Hijaz, MD
Radiologic Associates of Fredericksburg (RAF) has announced that Samer Hijaz, MD, a fellowship-trained interventional radiologist, has joined the practice. The interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons of the RAF serve patients at Virginia Interventional and Vascular Associates, the group’s outpatient facility, at Mary Washington Hospital, and at Stafford Hospital.
Dr. Hijaz is trained in the full range of interventional radiology services, including prostate embolization and interventional oncology. His special interests include procedures to manage arteriovenous fistulas.
He recently completed his interventional radiology fellowship at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. ■
