Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) are mature B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders diagnosed by blood examination or biopsy, featuring critical immunophenotypic markers. Proper prognostic evaluation is vital, with indicators such as TP53 mutations guiding management strategies. CLL/SLL displays various clinical features, including total B-cell counts and organ involvement. Progression risks include potential transformations to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, necessitating assessments of both clonal relationships and IGHV mutation status for tailored therapy.
