RECENTLY, CANCERCARE celebrated its 75th anniversary by revealing a new campaign, “If It Matters To You, It Matters To Us.” The campaign highlights CancerCare’s commitment to holistic, patient-centered support services and comprehensive care for people living with cancer.
The new messaging features distinct, personalized stories from CancerCare clients, who aren’t portrayed solely as patients with cancer, but rather, as writers, singers, actors, parents, and children in need of support. CancerCare can help provide financial assistance to relieve the burden of multiple doctor’s appointments and medications and can help acclimate patients and survivors to life after spending long periods of time in a hospital.
For 75 years, CancerCare has maintained its commitment to offering help and hope to anyone affected by cancer. Every program developed and each change made by the organization seeks to better serve clients and help them overcome the hardship of a cancer diagnosis. ■
