Thank you very much for The ASCO Post Evening News,* which ensures I don’t miss anything that happened at the ASCO 2013 meeting.

Due to financial constraints I could not attend the ASCO Annual Meeting in Chicago.

My comment is that pharmaceutical companies should extend their oncology drug trials to Africa so our patients can benefit from the new drugs and also to assess their pharmacogenomics. It is not fair to conduct all trials in Europe and North America and sell expensive drugs in Africa. ■
