Tanya Dorff, MD, has joined City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center as Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Medical Oncology, heading the genitourinary cancers program. 

Dr. Dorff’s area of expertise is in prostate cancer, but she also has experience in other genitourinary tumor types, including kidney, bladder, and penile cancers. Dr. Dorff will lead the clinical investigation of chimeric antigen receptor T cells for prostate cancer developed by Assistant Research Professor Saul Priceman, PhD. She is also collaborating with laboratory scientists Zijie Sun, MD, PhD; Jeremy Jones, PhD; and Marcin Kortylewski, PhD, who are developing first-in-human agents to combat prostate cancer through other novel mechanisms. ■
