Proposed 2015 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule and Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System Rules Released

On July 3, 2014, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released its proposed rules for the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule and the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System for 2015. The Medicare Physician Fee Schedule rule, which is titled “Medicare Program: Revisions to Payment Policies under the Physician Fee Schedule, Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule, Access to Identifiable Data for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation Models & Other Revisions to Part B for CY 2015,” became available for public review and can be viewed at https://s3.amazonaws.com/public-inspection.federalregister.gov/2014-15948.pdf.
