The ASCO Post mourns the loss of ASCO Past President James F. Holland, MD, FASCO, on March 22, 2018. Dr. Holland was the Distinguished Professor of Neoplastic Diseases in the Department of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. His wife of many years, Jimmie C. Holland, MD, FASCO, predeceased her husband on December 24, 2017.
We extend our sincere condolences to the Holland family, as we remember and celebrate the lives of two extraordinary individuals.
