The ASCO Breakthrough meeting being held in Singapore this month will bring together global oncology professionals in Asia to discuss the latest cancer research advances across multiple disease sites that are shaping the future of patient care. New studies featured in the official Press Program will examine the use of blood-based biomarkers in cancer detection and predicting cancer recurrence; novel strategies for optimizing treatment; the intersection of metabolic health, chronic inflammation, and cancer risk; and interventions aimed at boosting early supportive care and quality of life for patients starting treatment. Many studies will specifically highlight how these innovations perform within Asian populations.
Taking place June 25-27 in Singapore and online, ASCO Breakthrough is planned and cohosted by ASCO and the Singapore Society of Oncology along with many other collaborating societies in the Asia Pacific region.
More than 300 abstracts will be presented at ASCO Breakthrough. For more information, visit www.asco.org/breakthrough.
